Four Corrections at Once
A navigator who adjusts several things simultaneously and arrives early has learned that something worked and nothing about which. Almost nobody starts a prostate supplement in isolation, and the capsule is the part that gets thanked.
When several things change together, none of them is measured. These three are how we keep that visible.
Where a study allowed participants to change other things at the same time, we say so, because it changes what the result can mean. A trial that controls for this is doing real work and a page that omits it has hidden the question, not answered it.
Sorting out which of several changes is doing something is the kind of question a clinician can actually help with, because they can see the whole picture and you can only see the part you are inside of. Bring the full list of what changed and when, not just the capsule.
The obvious response to this problem is to change one thing at a time and watch, and we deliberately stop short of recommending it. Turning yourself into a study of one has its own failure modes, and deciding what to test on yourself is not a decision to reach from a web page. We sell no supplement, hold no affiliate arrangement, and publish no testimonials.
This is not an argument that the other changes are what worked either. Attributing an improvement to the sleep or the walking is the same error pointed in a friendlier direction, and it is equally unsupported by what you observed. Above all, nothing here suggests stopping anything to find out — withdrawing something a clinician recommended in order to isolate a variable is exactly the experiment not to run alone.
Health Notice: Everything on this page is general education. It reaches no diagnosis, issues no prescription, and does none of the work an examination by a qualified physician does. Supplements are no substitute for eating properly or for proper clinical care. Any change you are considering — starting something, stopping something, taking a different amount — goes to your doctor beforehand, with no exception where prescription medication or an existing condition is involved.

If we have described a study as controlling for concurrent changes when it did not, or the reverse, write with the reference. That gets corrected in public.
